Delivery Costs & Times
Costs for Delivery
For all products within our website, any orders over €75 include Free Delivery. For orders under €75 a fee of €3 will be applied to your shopping cart.
Local & International Delivery
Delivery of goods only to Malta. We do not make deliveries to Gozo.
Delivery Times
Order delivery will be within 48hrs (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Collection from Shops
You may opt to collect your purchase from one of our retail shops for free. The collection is free and the processing time for your order being ready for pickup is within 48hrs from when you placed the order (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We recommend calling us on +356 79 866 478/+356 79 276 651, before you come to collect to ensure your order is ready and waiting for you.
Additional Notes
We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
All product/s you are purchasing are subject to availability, the delivery times of these may vary as we will first need to source the product/s for you and deliver once in stock.
We do our utmost to fulfill delivery to your specified requirements and to our best abilities. If a situation beyond our control inhibits the immediate delivery or the delivery on a particular date selected, then we will attempt to deliver at the next available time.
We retain the right to change our delivery costs, and the structure of charges, at any time in the future.
Out of Stock / Replacements
In the unlikely event that the item/s you order is not currently in stock, we will contact you to see if you would rather change the order to a similar item, wait for the items to be available, or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Returns Policy
Refunds
When the goods delivered are different to those ordered we must be informed within 3 working days of order.
Returns Policy
You may return the items ordered until five (5) days after the goods are received. You will be responsible for returning the goods to our stores. The goods must be received unopened, in their original packing, unchilled and undamaged within the stipulated five days. You will be refunded once the goods are returned and checked.
